About: The tradition by Pascal restaurant is owned and operated by award-winning Chef Pascal Olhats. Zagat rated, Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, rated Number One restaurant in Orange County for over ten years. Private Rooms available, Full Bar and Patio/Outdoor Dining.

Events: Wines of the World with Pascal. Every second Thursday night of the month we will visit a different style of wine to accompany a wine-pairing menu designed especially by Pascal. Bring your own wine or enjoy our wine from the chosen appellation or varietal of the world. Pascal (yes, the man himself!) will be on hand and ready to taste and discuss the wines (ours or yours!).
